Symbiote Studios Granted License to Create Bethesda-based Toys

on August 1, 2012 8:47 PM

Bethesda Softworks today announced that it has granted Symbiote Studios the rights to create toys based on Bethesda’s franchises, including The Elder Scrolls, Dishonored, DOOM, Fallout, and QUAKE. To start off, Quakecon attendees that went in on the convention’s “Swag Pack” will receive an exclusive Quakecon figure, the first of many to come from Symbiote.

Next up is a Dragonborn figure, straight out of Skyrim. The 3-inch figure, complete with articulating arms, removable helmet, and two weapons, will cost $9.99 and be available this month. Pre-orders for the figurine can be made in-person at Symbiote’s booth at QuakeCon, or online via Symbiote’s official website. I was going to make a terrible arrow to the knee joke here, but then I took an arrow to the knee.
