Take-Two Promises More Content for Grand Theft Auto Online, Chills The Air About Story-Driven DLC

on May 18, 2015 5:18 PM

During the Take-Two financial conference call for the fourth fiscal quarter of 2015, the publisher talked about the DLC plans for Grand Theft Auto V.

We learn that we can expect more additional content and updates for Grand Theft Auto Online.

Interestingly, the executives on the call were also asked about the rumors about a single player story-driven DLC, and the answer was a bit on the chilly side, clarifying that the company never talked about anything like that.

When the analyst mentioned that he remembered mentions on the topic by the publisher, the response was even more clear cut: “we have different recollections.”

This doesn’t mean that a story-driven DLC for the game will never come, but Take-two seems to be determined not to talk about the topic, just as it didn’t in the past.
