If you've been playing as much Super Meat Boy as I have, you've surely noticed the 0 second scores on the leaderboards. It's a little disheartening to work so hard on getting a good score, only to find out the leaderboard is messed up. The glitch is caused by switching characters at the start of a level while the timer is still at 0 seconds.

Team Meat is aware of the problem and it will be fixed in the upcoming patch. According to the official Super Meat Boy Twitter they plan on removing the current scores of 0 today, with the patch coming as soon as possible.

To help make up for the minor launch difficulties, the team is working on a new batch of levels to be released for free on "Teh Internets", the first of which will go live with the patch;

"This exclusive chapter called "I Meat Boy" will feature 20 amazingly challenging levels that will keep your attention for some time, but for those of you who are weak of heart we will also be releasing.

- The Sewers of Dross (med dificulty) a 20 level chapter where you play as Gish.
- Meat Boy Remix (med-hard) another 20 level chapter that remixes old favorites from the flash prototype.

all 3 chapters should be out before the end of the year, knocking the level total up to 400!"
