During Microsoft’s E3 press conference, Bandai Namco announced that Tekken 7 will be coming to Xbox One; PS4 and Steam, including a new story mode.

The game will come early next year, but Xbox fans don’t have to wait too long to play Tekken, as Tekken Tag Torunament 2 will be released for free to all Xbox Live Gold members via backward compatibility this week.

It’s relevant to mention that the press release sent by Bandai Namco after the conference did not mention any PS4 release for the game.

Update: a trailer was released, including the PS4 release, so the game will be fully multiplatform.
