Telltale Games has been on quite the streak with its game series in the last few years, such as Back to the FutureThe Walking DeadThe Wolf Among Us, and the upcoming Tales from the Borderlands and Game of Thrones. However, in an interview with OXM, Telltale Games’ CTO and co-founder Kevin Bruner mentioned the sort of “dream project” that he would love to take on next might just surprise you.

Speaking with OXM, Bruner mentioned that as a particularly big fan of the James Bond series, he would love to see the studio take on the much-beloved novels/films in adapting the character into Telltale’s trademark adventure-game titles, especially given the character’s mixed assortment of licensed video game titles from the last several years. In a brief clip from the interview, Bruner mentions:

“I’m a giant James Bond fan and I’m always frustrated by games that make him a mass murderer. He’s a super-spy, and that’s a different skillset. The films make him less of a mass murderer, and there’s not much killing in the books – more spying and intrigue.”

While it’s merely talk of a pipe dream than an actual confirmation of anything, seeing Bruner’s love of Bond and how it could translate into a video game is still definitely exciting: what would you think of a Telltale-made James Bond title?
