TGS 2011: Final Fantasy XIII-2 North America and Europe Release Dates Announced

on September 15, 2011 12:04 AM

Earlier we got news that the Japanese release date for Final Fantasy XIII-2 was announced as December 15, 2011. Now we have confirmation that the North American version, both PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, will release on January 31, 2012, and, a few days later, Europe will get it on February 3, 2012.

Not that long ago, SquareEnix said the title would come out in the West in January, and they just barely made their deadline, but only half of it, as Europe won’t be getting it until February, technically. Either way, this is about as close to a simultaneous worldwide release as you can get. Mark the day on your calendar, folks.
