Square Enix seems to have much love for Apple's i-devices - they've released many old-school games, as well as new and pretty awesome RPGs for the platform. Now, fans can bask in the awesomeness that is Chrono Trigger once more on their iPhones or iPads. At the Tokyo Game Show this week it was announced that Chrono Trigger is being ported over to iOS devices, so if you missed it the first time and the second time (when it released on the DS a few years back), the third time should be a charm.

They also announced Final Fantasy Legends for iOS, which, unlike its name, has nothing to do with the original GameBoy title Final Fantasy Legend (much to my disappointment). It's actually a remake of a mobile Final Fantasy game that was released in Japan last year. Now, it seems, the rest of the world will get to play it, as well.

There's also the possibility that these games will come to other devices, most specifically those who use the Android platform. No further details were given on these two, such as release dates or new features, so we'll have to wait and see. Frankly, Chrono Trigger is a game I'd buy as many times as Square Enix wants to release it. Don't judge me.
