TGS 2012: Injustice Gets A New Trailer

WB Interactive Entertainment and NetherRealm studios released a new trailer for Injustice: Gods Among Us at TGS 2012. The trailer doesn’t show anything new, but we do get a small glimpse of the cinematic side of the DC-inspired fighting game. The game, which seems to be about half the cast of Batman at this point, pits heroes, villains, and whatever the hell Catwoman is against each other in heavily-armored bastardizations of the costumes we all know and love.

I’m sure the MK vs DC fans are going to love this game, it does feature some interesting gameplay elements that don’t exist in the Mortal Kombat franchise, but the presentation is lacking. I mean I know Diana is an amazon, but did they really have to make her look like Joanie Laurer before the surgery? Kevin Conroy’s still got a paycheck, so that’s helpful I guess. Trailer is below, not much else to really say about it.
