on September 19, 2012 11:15 AM

Sony has announced that PlayStation Plus will be bringing the fun over to the PlayStation Vita starting this November.

With a PlayStation Plus membership, Vita owners will have the ability to play free games, take advantage of discounts, and other benefits that PS3 Plus members are used to.

By subscribing on either the Vita or PS3 for PlayStation Plus, gamers will have access to Plus on both systems at no additional costs.

The features for PlayStation Plus on the PS Vita are:

  • Members will be able to play games that are offered for free as long as they are still a member of PlayStation Plus.
  • PlayStation Plus exclusive deals and discounts on games and digital content.
  • 1GB of online save storage.
  • Automatic DLC downloads and updates while system is idle.
  • Automatic Trophy sync at designated times by users.

PlayStation Plus is a great deal for owners of the PlayStation Vita to enjoy more content for less.
