Nintendo has announced via The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild's Facebook page today that new screenshots will be shared of the highly anticipated upcoming title from now until the game releases next year.

The first one has already been posted, and you can see it above.

Set to be "exploring the Hyrulean landscape", it's unknown as to how frequent these glimpses into the franchise's new world will take place, only that environments will take precedence.

Speaking of unknowns, as of the time of this writing fans still don't know of the game's release date, only that it'll be releasing for both the Nintendo Switch and Wii U in 2017.

The game's debut gameplay on Nintendo's newest console took place last week during The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, and gameplay footage of the title running on the Wii U appeared at The Game Awards not long before that.

Nintendo will be hosting a livestream presentation for the Switch on January 12th, and fans will be able to try the console in select cities shortly after that. Here's hoping that more information on The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild will be revealed then.
