In a new update for the Son of Nor Kickstarter, stillalive studios showcases more gameplay mechanics  (such as terraforming, telekinesis and magic) and coveys in greater detail how they can affect the game. Son of Nor will be released for the PC and Mac.

The telekinesis ability is affected by the weight of the object and by how far away the player is from the object they are manipulating. You can even levitate certain objects (like rocks) to use as makeshift platforms and traps. Terraforming the sand can move incredibly heavy objects around (objects too heavy for telekinesis) and be used as mobile bridges to move to higher areas. Lastly, when using magic, elements can be combined to create more powerful spells and can also be combined with objects in order to create magically enhanced projectiles.
