You've already got Ico and Shadow of the Colossus, Devil May Cry, Metal Gear Solid and God of War, so why not spring for the Resident Evil Chronicles HD upscales that are coming to the PlayStation Store in June? Capcom got in touch with us today to confirm the package, which will include Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles and Darkside Chronicles, which were previously Wii-exclusive titles.

This means, of course, that you'll be shooting the zombies and other abominations found in those titles with a Move wand instead of a Wii remote in corridors and jungles upscaled for your enjoyment. For those of you who aren't in the know, the Chronicles series were a couple of rail shooters set in the Resident Evil universe. We've got the trailer for you after the jump.

The first game, The Umbrella Chronicles, fills in some gaps in the events of the first three games in the series. It gives you Albert Wesker's view of the events that brought down the pharmaceutical company leading into the fourth game in the numbered series. The Darkside Chronicles details the relationship between Leon S. Kennedy and one of his main adversaries in Resident Evil 4, Jack Krauser.

If you're a fan of the series, these titles gave you the opportunity to play some of the most iconic scenes from earlier games from a different perspective. Remember those tank controls? While they never really bothered me, the perspective removed you from the action a bit -- with the rail format of the Chronicles series, you get up close and personal with such monstrosities as the monster Birkin, which is quite the sight. Just watch the trailer and you'll see what I mean.

The games will be sold as a bundle at first, but will be available to download separately a short time afterward.
