‘The Tales of Dunwall’ Animated Series Explores the Events Leading up to Corvo’s Journey in Dishonored

The Tales of Dunwall is an animated series featuring three episodes which explore the history of Dunwall and the events that combined to form the beginning of Corvo’s story. The series was created by Psyop and Rokkan, scored by Daniel Licht (Dexter) and narrated by Chloe Grace Moretz (Kick Ass).

The 2D animated style of The Tales of Dunwall paints a dark and brooding picture of the industrial city, as well as some of its key inhabitants, which are heavily linked to Dishonored’s protagonist. This is Dishonored’s best promotional material so far and has helped greatly to increase my enthusiasm for the game. Let’s hope Arkane and Bethesda can deliver the highly ambitious experience they’ve been promising.

Dishonored, developed by Arkane Studios and published by Bethesda Softworks will be available in North America on October 9th, 2012 and throughout Europe on October 12th, 2012, for the PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
