If you want to decorate your smartphone with the intriguing Kojima Productions logo, you might have a chance to. Hideo Kojima himself posted a sample he received from the Japanese manufacturer Gild Design, and it looks really cool in its simplicity.

While Kojima-san did not give any infomation on whether the cover will be made available to the public, another one was showcased. This time around it’s a fan-made homage by the smaller but prolific Japanese laboratory Gilder, which you can see below alongside a beautiful plaque made with the same technique.

It’s certainly interesting how a logo can spark so much interest and creativity. Kojima-san may not be working on Metal Gear Solid anymore, but the fans definitely seem ready to keep supporting him.
