At times games inspire us to create. Some write stories, other draw beautiful art, and then there are some that create their own games, often with very interesting results. This is is one of those cases. Korean indie developer Yang Bing saw a trailer of Final Fantasy XV two years ago, and felt so inspired that he started to work on his own game, Lost Soul Aside. The game also draw inspiration from the Ninja Gaiden series, and for a solo project, it looks gorgeous.

As you can see in the trailer and screenshots below, the inspiration is quite visible, but Yang Bing is determined to walk his own path from now on.

Personally, it's hard not to be impressed, even considering that creating what you can see below took two years in Unreal Engine 4, the results Yang Bing managed to achieve alone are amazing.

According to the creator, the game "is far from complete," and at the moment he doesn't know which platforms it'll be released on. Yet, we'll certainly keep an eye on this one, and so should you.

Update: Yang Bing released more information about his creation, and you can find it here.
