A handful of characters have been confirmed for Namco’s Soul Calibur V. Among them are two new faces and one SC veteran. The new characters were teased at with a set of silhouettes a while back. The female ninja is is named Natsu and is some how related to Taki. This is obvious in her screen shots as she is clearly performing some of Taki’s attacks.

The rough looking guy is named Zwei and he appears to be completely original. The way he holds his sword in his art is completely awesome. The last character is Ivy, a warrior that series fans know quite well. Since SCV takes place more than a decade after the events of Soul Calibur 4, Ivy is extremely old by now. She simply doesn’t look it. Hit the break for a ton of screens and art. Soul Calibur V is expected to be available on HD consoles in January of next year.
