Titanfall 2 Developers Want Players to “Break” the Game in Beta Tests

on August 16, 2016 3:32 PM

During EA’s Gamescom 2016 Livestream, Titanfall 2 producer Drew Mccoy took the stage to discus the game, focusing on the upcoming Beta that was announced this morning.

Mccoy makes it a point to describe the “tech test” he describes it as a way to break the world of Titanfall 2. It’s revealed that the team has revamped the way they host servers using new technology to create a better experience for players. Mccoy adds that Titanfall 2 “won’t be able to launch effectively in October unless they get everyone’s help”.

The beta will be open for everyone to download. The tech test begins this Friday, so go in and “break some stuff”.
