There haven't been many news about the Xbox 360 version of Titanfall, but industry insider Pete "FamousMortimer" Dodd, that normally has a good track record with his sources, resolution and frame rate are what many expected, as he mentioned on Twitter.

Lack of news about the 360 version of Titanfall isn't all about pushing the XB1. The 360 version is 30fps and sub-720p.

Of course, like with all insider information not confirmed by the developer or publisher, we should take this with a grain of salt, but it's not very surprising considering that it's the same resolution/frame rate pairing we're going to see for the old-generation versions of Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes and that we've seen for many other games.

We're still a couple weeks away from the release of the Xbox 360 version of the game, so there's possibly still room for improvement (insider information normally describes a current situation), but I wouldn't hold my breath for much higher performance. Old generation hardware is what it is, after all.

Incidentally, Dodd is looking into creating his own website, taking a quite original approach to gaming journalism. My curiosity on what he'll manage to do is piqued, and if you're interested in helping him out you can check out his indiegogo campaign here.
