The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is just a few days away, and the developers are keeping the channels of communication wide open, giving more info and responding to questions from the fans.

Today we got a teaser trailer, and looks like it’s just a little tease of something bigger coming tomorrow, according to Community Coordinator Marcin Momot.

We have known for a while that there will be a scene in the early moments of the game that will allow players to recreate their choices from previous games of the series, and Momot also explained what will happen if we import a save on PC, the scene will simply be skippedd:

Level Designer Miles Tost gave a few examples of easter eggs and throwback to the previous games that will be included in the game.

Finally, Community Manager Chris Priestly explained that Geralt will not kill random innocent people in the game, in response to a forum thread complaining about a scene in a recent trailer in which Geralt beheads a man that appears unarmed.

You do not kill random people in Wild Hunt. Anyone in combat basically deserves it and if lethal force is used, as opposed to a simple beating, then it was warranted. You’ll see when you play the game.

The guy in the video absolutely deserved it. Not only did he usually park in handicapped parking spots, he also had a ton of overdue library books and hadn’t called his mum to wish her Happy Mother’s Day.
