Sega and Creative Assembly revealed the fourth playable race in Total War: Warhammer II, coming to PC on September 28.

Along with the already announced classes, High Elves, Dark Elves and Lizardmen, the vile Skaven will be playable as the fourth class in the game.

During the Skaven campaign, players will meet the horde's leader Queek Headtaker and Lord Skrolk as the Skaven march to destroy each of the other races and spread out across the lands. The Skaven armies have the ability to spread disease and famine throughout each area of the map. Furthermore, they have great numbers and work well with each other. However, they must continuously be on the move, or else they may get bored and resent their Lords.

Total War: Warhammer II is a high fantasy strategy game based in the Warhammer universe. The game allows players to control large armies as well as govern their own fortresses. Furthermore, the campaign is full of lore and story elements that would make any fan of fantasy drool.

In case you missed it, Creative Assembly also released a recent trailer for the Dark Elves. Also, if you pre-order Total War: Warhammer II owners of the first entry will receive the Norsca DLC for free.
