The first big batch of information for the upcoming Pokemon Sun and Moon was released this morning, including a look at the game’s starter creatures as well as international release dates. A trailer was released for Japanese audiences this morning as well, and it provides new info as well as a heartwarming reminder of what makes the Pokemon series so special.

The live-action footage follows a little boy and his mother moving from home, where he connects with new friends over collecting Pokemon. It also seemingly confirms that the games will be set in Hawaii, another American setting after X&Y took inspiration from New York City.
