Developer Spiral House and Maximum Games released Troll and I on PC, PS4, and Xbox One back in March, but promised that the game would be coming to Nintendo Switch in the future. The title was met with poor reviews due to being technically unsound and unoriginal feeling experience.

The developers released a new patch for the game back in July that fixes some of the problems people had with the game, and also revealed that Troll and I would finally be releasing on Nintendo Switch on August 15. That day has finally come, so Maximum Games fittingly released another launch trailer for the game as it comes to a new platform.

The Nintendo Switch version includes the changes and enhancements made to the game in the aforementioned patch. This includes new difficulty settings, increased crafting speed and resources, new tutorials and text hints, and the addition of a mini map and new checkpoints.

For those who don't know, Troll and I is a cooperative action game that is inspired by Norse folklore. The game follows the journey of Otto and the Troll as they navigate through Scandinavian forests and fight enemies that are trying to hunt them down. Players will be able to switch between Otto and the Troll when needed, which opens up some unique opportunities for puzzles.

You can check out the launch trailer below. Troll and I is now available on Nintendo Switch, PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
