Troll and I Switch Release Date Announced; New Patch Coming For Consoles

Troll and I will be arriving on the Nintendo Switch on August 15th, 2017, while the other versions will receive a new patch that includes new features.

Today developer Spiral House, and publisher Maximum Games announced that the Nintendo Switch version of their game Troll and I will be coming on August 15th, 2017, and will cost $29.99.

Finally, Spiral House also revealed that the console and PC versions of the game will be receiving a brand new patch on July 21st, 2017. With the new update, a mini-map, difficulty settings, new checkpoints, increased crafting speed, tutorials, text hints, and new resources. These changes will be available in the Switch version when it launches in August.

The Nintendo Switch version of the game was announced back in February, and includes the split screen gameplay found in the other versions. In January a story trailer for the game was released.

Troll and I is an action game inspired by Norse folklore. The game stars Otto and the Troll as you navigate through Scandinavian forests as you fight different types of enemies. Players will be able to switch (no pun intended) between Otto and the Troll when need be.

Troll and I was originally released on March 21st, 2017, and is currently available on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
