Following its highly-successful inaugural year in 2015, the streaming culture-focused TwitchCon will return this year in the fall for more of the livestreaming community to convene and play games and host events, with the event’s second year bringing some changes, including a new location and an additional day.

The official Twitch blog revealed the dates and location for TwitchCon 2016, with this year’s event to take place from September 30th – October 2nd, 2016, in the San Diego Convention Center in California. Notably, this year’s event marks a new change of location from last year’s event in San Francisco, CA, and with the convention this year being a three-day event, rather than two from last year.

Like last year’s debut, TwitchCon will continue to provide an annual meeting ground for the Twitch and livestreaming community to gather to play games, attend panels, and go to various other events like meet & greets, live shows, Q&As, and more with plenty of Twitch community members and streamers from around the globe.

TwitchCon 2016 will take place from September 30th – October 2nd, 2016 in San Diego, CA – stay tuned for more details and information on ticket availability and more as news develops.
