TwitchCon 2017 Heads to Long Beach, CA in October

The annual convention dedicated to the streaming community has revealed its dates and venue for this year's event, coming in October.

Each year, gamers from around the world flock to California to play games and celebrate the vibrant livestreaming community, with the annual TwitchCon heading to a new locale in 2017 to the sunny areas of Long Beach, CA.

In an update from Twitch today, the company announced that its annual TwitchCon will return in 2017 in Long Beach, CA at the Long Beach Convention Center from October 20th-22nd, 2017. Tickets are not yet available to purchase for the event, but you can register for the convention’s newsletter for updates on when they will be available and discounted hotel rates for the event can be booked online now through the website.

TwitchCon debuted in 2015 with its inaugural convention taking place at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, CA with over 20,000 total attendees, and again in 2016 in San Diego, CA, with the event expanding from two days to three days that year.
