Ubisoft Bringing ZombiU to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC This August

ZombiU is now officially coming to the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on August 18, 2015, after being listed on the Australian Ratings Board back in June. The game was originally a Wii U title and will be dropping the U in the title when it hits the new consoles. It will only be available digitally at release.

The HUD, which was originally clear of UI thanks to the Wii U’s gamepad, will now be on the TV screen but disappear when not in use. The field of view has been expanded, two new weapons are available (shovel and bat with nails), and the flashlight features a high powered beam that eats the battery faster. Going through the backpack does not pause the action, so you can still be attacked while sorting inventory, very much like Dark Souls. The game has also dropped the two-player mode, focusing only on solo play.

You can enjoy a destroyed London in the announcement trailer below.
