Ubisoft Debuts New Splinter Cell Blacklist TV Spot

While I was watching the season premiere of Breaking Bad last night, I happened to also come upon the newest spot for Ubisoft Toronto’s upcoming stealth-action thriller, Splinter Cell Blacklist.

The absence of Michael Ironside’s voice is pretty glaring this time around. The monologue spoken by this newest iteration of Sam Fisher sounds very much like another Ubisoft protagonist, Assassin’s Creed III‘s Ratonhnhaké:ton. Otherwise the short spot is very much enjoyable.

Splinter Cell Blacklist is being developed by Ubisoft Toronto and will be published by Ubisoft for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, PC, and Wii U on August 20th, 22nd, and 23rd, 2013 in North America, Australia, and Europe, respectively.
