Uncharted 4: Watch the Japanese Voice Actors Do the Voice Over Live on a New Playthrough of the Demo

Today Sony Computer Entertainment hosted a Uncharted 4: A Thief End stage show at Tokyo Game Show, and they showcased the demo that debuted at E3, with a twist. Not only it was played live, but the Japanese voice actors for Nate and Sully actually did the voice over live on stage.

Hiroki Tochi, voicing Nathan Drake, is also the voice of Cor Leonis in Final Fantasy XV, on top of a metric ton of anime roles.

Shigeru Chiba, who voices Sully (and for this stage show he also plays Sam), is the original voice actor of Lau Chan in the Virtua Fighter series and an anime veteran that lent his voice to tens of beloved characters of our adolescence.

The result is actually quite funny, with the two going ad-lib quite a bit, creating what’s definitely an unique experience that we don’t get to see often. Besides, the live natures of the demo means that it includes slightly different gameplay from the previous showings.
