Valkyria Chronicles PS4 Remaster’s Western Release Announced with Trailer, Box Art and Screenshots

As teased on Friday, today Sega officially announced Valkyria Chronicles‘ PS4 remaster’s western release, aptly titled Valkyria Chrinicles Remastered.

The game is going to hit in both North America and Europe this spring, with both physical and digital releases, including Japanese and English dual audio and trophies. All the original DLC will also be part of the package, and the price will be quite affordable: $29.99. Of course, it’ll room at shiny 1080p resolution and 60 frames per second.

Unfortunately, there was no mention in the press release about the Valkyria: Azure Revolution demo, that for the moment remains an exclusive of the Japanese version of the remaster.

Those who will pre-order exclusively in North America will also get a special limited edition steelbook case, that will also be included in a limited number of launch copies.

I don’t know about you, but for what I’m concerned, there can never be enough Valkyria Chronicles. In the meanwhile, you can check out some fresh gameplay footage here, on top the first trailer, screenshots and box art below.

Note: if you’re not familiar with this game, and you want to go into it blind, do not watch the trailer. It includes a fairly substantial spoiler.
