The Vita will be getting its own version of Mortal Kombat sometime this spring, and according to Netherrealm Studios’ creative director Ed Boon, players will use the touch screen functionality (only the front: the rear touch screen will not be used) to perform a fatality. Boon stated that it would “make some of the more difficult fatalities easier.”
I’m glad you’re taking advantage of the touch screen, but did the fact that Bioshock is adding a ridiculously hard 1999 mode after input from gamers teach you nothing? Not everything has to be a cakewalk to be enjoyable. There are a lot of gamers out there who look forward to a good challenge and don’t want dummied down games. What ever happened to stressing out for hours trying to beat a boss or solve a puzzle that was truly difficult?
