Warhammer Online Coming to Mac Oct. 10 – Get Your Beta On

Mac gamers lusting for a new MMO might be delighted to know that EA Mythic’s Warhammer Online is making its way to the Apple platform, as stated by us last month. The graphic confidant MMO will be releasing in a mere couple of days – October 10th, to be exact, which will allow players to dive into the fantasy world permeated by Goblins, Dwarfs, Humans, and Orcs. The game uses TransGaming’s Cider technology to run on the OS X platform; for those of you who already have a Warhammer Online account – or want to sign up for a 10-day “beta trial” – can download the Mac beta client and start abusing whatever race you hate most.

Mac players will be given two special titles and exclusive in-game trophy when the game leaves the beta stage.
