If you've been craving to dive back to the world of Warhammer: End Times - Vermintide then you're in luck. Today independent developer Fatshark announced Warhammer: Vermintide 2.

Just like the original game, Vermintide 2 will task up to four players with surviving an increasing onslaught of enemies. During your time suriving you'll of course have some new melee and ranged weapons at your disposal.

A short teaser trailer, as well as some of the first screenshots for the game were also released. You can check them both out at the end of the article.

Other details about the game are scarce, however Fatshark says that it will be fully revealed during a livestream which will air on their official Twitch channel on October 17th, 2017 at 10 a.m. PDT (1:00 p.m. EDT).

A release date for Warhammer: Vermintide 2 was not announced, but it was revealed that the game will be coming to both PC and consoles.

The original Warhammer: End Times - Vermintide was officially released on October 23rd, 2015, and is available on PC, PS4 and Xbox One. As of the time of this writing, that game has sold over 1.5 million copies. Back in May the game received a brand new piece of DLC titled Stromdorfwhich added new maps, new achievements, and more.
