One of the most interesting features of PlayStation VR is its ability to have a game run at the same time on the headset and on a TV, with multiple players interacting with the same game in a sort of virtual couch multiplayer.Sony Interactive Entertainment provided a demonstration on stage at Taipei Game Show, with one player wearing the headset and four playing The PlayRoom VR's Monster Escape on the TV. The player wearing PlayStation VR plays the role of a giant monster, while the others play the small PlayRoom bots that have to first run away, and then turn the tables, with all sorts of interesting perspective implications. The presentation was hosted by The PlayRoom VR Producer Nicolas Doucet from Sony's Japan Studio, and among the players were Worldwide Studios President Shuhei Yoshida and The Tomorrow Children Director Dylan Cuthbert. Incidentally Dylan commented on Twitter, calling PlayStation VR "a system seller," and the "best VR party experience ever."
