Watch Total War: Rome II’s Phalanxes Using Pointy Sticks on Each Other and Lovely Animations

Today The Creative Assembly released another episode of its videocast Rally Point showcasing some really interesting elements of the upcoming Total War: Rome II.

We get to see pike phalanxes in combat against infantry, against cavalry and against other phalanxes, and we also get a glimpse on the animation pipelines that give the game a much more cinematic look than Shogun II.
