We’ll Know More About Yakuza: Ishin on August the 26th

The unveiling by Sega of the new Yakuza spin-off Yakuza: Ishin (or Ryu Ga Gotoku: Ishin) left many with more questions than answers. For instance, what platform (or platforms)  will the game be on? The only ones that know the answer, at least for the moment, have their lips zipped, but one of them might finally talk on August the 26th.

On that date, at 9 PM Japan Time, legendary Producer Toshihiro Nagoshi will host the 5th episode of his livecast on Nico Nico, in which he scheduled to give more information about Yakuza: Ishin and the Yakuza series in general. He’ll also hold a Q&A session  answering questions from the fans.

While we don’t yet know what kind of information will be shared, there’s a solid chance that we’ll learn something relevant about the upcoming game. Most probably some of the questions I mentioned above will find an answer then. You can tune in for the livecast here.

As an unrelated note Project 575 Producer Kenjiro Morimoto will also be present as a guest, so we’re likely to hear something about that game too.
