Westwood Studios to Receive Industry Icon Award at The Game Awards 2015

Host Geoff Keighley just announced that the defunct Westwood Studios will receive the “Industry Icon” Award at this year’s ceremony, that will be held on December 3rd in Los Angeles.

Westwood created tens of great games from 1985 to 2003, when the studio was closed by Electronic Arts. Among them we can remember Eye of the Beholder, Dune II, Command & Conquer and The Legend of Kyrandia.
