Today, during a livestream on Nico Nico hosted by the Japanese magazine Dengeki PlayStation, Nippon Ichi Software introduced a nice chunk of gameplay of the upcoming PS4 exclusive The Witch and the Hundred Knight 2.

The game was played live, showcasing one of the levels of the game, and Hundred Knight's battle abilities, that are quite different from those featured by the first game of the series.

You can check out the video below, but do keep in mind that it's a recording from Nico Nico, so the quality is quite bad due to the livestreaming service's notoriously terrible resolution and compression.

If you want to see something direct feed, you can check out the latest trailer here, and a batch of recent screenshots showcasing quite a few of the characters of the game.

The Witch and the Hundred Knight 2 will release in Japan on February 23rd.

Update: a second recording from the YouTube version of the livestream has been added. Resolution and compression are better, but there is a rather annoying interlacing effect, so it's a bit of a trade-off. Both versions can now be found below, alongside the full recording of the show at the bottom of the post.
