Publisher Nippon Ichi Software revealed seven minutes of The Witch and the Hundred Knight 2's background music today via YouTube.

Composed by Tenpei Sato, whose most notable works include his music for other Nippon Ichi titles like Disgaea and Phantom Brave, a soundtrack is included with the limited edition of the game, which also features a Chelka Niitengo figure, 44-page art book, “Chelka’s Sword & Convenient Accessory” downloadable content, and a special-drawn exclusive box.

The title will support PlayStation 4 Pro not only for enhanced graphics, but also to allow the game to run at 60 frames per second.

The story centers around an incurable illness that only affects girls called "Witch's Disease." An eye harboring mighty power appears on the foreheads of those infected as proof of the disease. When the eye opens, the girl loses her sense of self and becomes a witch who destroys whatever she desires.

This action RPG has the player take on the role of the “Hundred Knight,” a witch's familiar, who will run about a magical, somewhat decadent world. The action elements from the previous game are enhanced for the sequel, allowing players to enjoy the exhilarating action with even more tactics.

The Witch and the Hundred Knight 2 is due out for PlayStation 4 in Japan on February 23. You can check out the game's first full trailer here.
