Last week brought the stunning and unexpected news of the death of actor and comedian Robin Williams, who aside from being known for his diverse and powerful roles in films like Aladdin, Good Will Hunting, Dead Poets Society, and Patch Adams, was also an avid gamer alongside his daughter, Zelda Williams. With recent data uncovered for the upcoming World of Warcraft expansion, Warlords of Draenor, it appears that Blizzard is preparing to honor Williams in a big way with new NPC characters based on some of his most iconic roles. The first NPC that was discovered from the data was "Robin," an NPC djinn that happens to bear quite a striking resemblance to Williams' Genie from Aladdin. Two other models were also supposedly discovered, as well, though no specific details show what other characters they may be. Another screenshot posted suggests that another NPC may bear resemblance to Williams' role in Mrs. Doubtfire, where he played a father in disguise as an older woman/nanny. The Williams-inspired NPCs are reported to be coming with patch 6.01 alongside Warlords of Draenor.World of Warcraft: Warlords of Draenor releases for PC and Mac on November 13th, 2014.
