Codemasters have announced that the much requested Demolition Derby Mode is now available for Grid 2, and it’s free.

A fan-beloved mode from the original Grid, the Demolition Derby DLC will also come with the Jupiter Eagle Ray Mk 5 Demo Derby car, a range of stock liveries, customzable livery options, and the Detroit Demolition Derby Stadium, which comes with two track configurations. The stadium will also feature a crossover jump that encourage contact, and the mode itself can be enjoyed in single-player, split-screen, and online in 12-player online races.

The Demolition Derby Mode is available now for the Xbox 360 and PC via Steam, and will be available next week on the PS3. For more on the game, check out all of our Grid 2 news.
