Wreck-It Ralph turned out to be quite a hit when it released to theaters in 2012, especially as a great video-game movie when most tend to fail horribly, that also happened to feature a variety of cameos from real-life game characters, such as Sonic the Hedgehog, Bowser, and numerous characters from the Street Fighter series.

In an interview with Collider, Wreck-It Ralph composted Henry Jackman gave more than a passing wink at the possibilities of a sequel to the hit Disney film. While Jackman couldn't officially confirm details for the film or for its announcement, he did say that the film seems more than likely to be happening, with Jackman mentioning:

“I can’t tell you more, not because I’m being coy, but I believe that it is officially on the cards. I don’t know any more other than a story is indeed being written."

Stay tuned for more details on the possibilities of a sequel to Wreck-It Ralph, along with details (and speculation) for what video game characters we just might expect to pop up this time around.
