Writer From Saving Private Ryan on For WoW Movie

I’ve seen Saving Private Ryan about… four dozen times or so. To me, it’s one of the best World War II based movies that’s out there. If any of you even dare mention that Pearl Harbor was a better movie, you deserve an STD. And if you’re a fan of the well-scripted Saving Private Ryan, and a fan of World of Warcraft, you’ll be glad to know that the script writer for the epic World War II movie, Ryan Rodat, will be joining director Sam Raimi in bringing the World of Warcraft movie to life, as per MTVMovies Blog.

I, personally, wouldn’t be too worried with Sam Raimi taking the reigns and moving forward with this movie. The Spider-Man movies were pretty good and pretty accurate. I’m just a little worried with what Rodat will write with regards to the script being that his last movie, 10,000 B.C., was…hmm… a bit unattractive. Hopefully, he does his homework for this huge responsibility in writing a true-to-the-series script. Otherwise, they’re going to be a couple of million WoW fans chucking spears and rocks at his ass.
