Xbox 360 Owners Get First Dibs on Dragon’s Dogma DLC, Won’t Need Gold Subscription to Access Features

on March 6, 2012 11:45 AM

Following the drake footage and screenshots it released yesterday for Dragon’s Dogma, Capcom today announced that eight downloadable quests will be available to Xbox 360 owners before their PS3-toting counterparts get the opportunity. Interestingly enough, Xbox Live Silver subscribers will be able to access the games online features, reports Andriasang.

But will this deter anyone from picking up the PS3 copy when it hits retail shelves alongside the Xbox 360 version this May? Probably not. After all, it’s not as if those eight extra quests are never┬ácoming to the PlayStation Store. And besides, what are the odds that you’ll finish the whole game before you’re jonesing for that additional content? We’ll keep you posted when we learn more about the DLC and its features.
