Tuesdays are typically indicative of new titles. While some may be looking to play the latest, replaying some favorites may prove to be more worthwhile. Xbox One players may have that opportunity with the newest additions to the backwards compatibility list. Especially if they happen to be fans of a certain zombie franchise, and story-driven gameplay.

Microsoft added The Walking Dead: Season One, The Walking Dead: Season Two, and The Walking Dead: Michonne to its ever-growing list of backwards compatible titles. If you already own these games digitally, you may download them at your own leisure. Physical versions are also compatible.

Telltale Games' The Walking Dead: Season One garnered a lot of praise from multiple outlets when it launched back in 2012. A few sequels and spin-offs, including the recently released The Walking Dead: A New Frontier, have launched mostly focusing on the series' main protagonist, Clementine. The story-driven games offer players a unique experience, allowing them to make choices that affect certain events throughout each title.

Xbox One's backwards compatibility feature was released at the tail-end of 2015. The initial list included 104 titles, allowing players to download their old Xbox 360 games via disc or digital library.

Since the feature's successful launch, Microsoft has added over 300 Xbox 360 titles for Xbox One owners to enjoy. Additionally, it was recently revealed that original Xbox titles would be added to list with Crimson Skies: High Road to Revenge leading the charge.
