Xbox One's backwards compatibility feature will now be able to support multi-disc games going forward, confirmed by Major Nelson on Reddit.

Deus Ex: Human Revolution Director's Cut was the first game added to include multi-disc support, something that was only in the process of being implemented beforehand. Now we know for sure that games like Mass Effect 2, Mass Effect 3, Dead Space 2, Dead Space 3, Final Fantasy XIII, The Last Remnant, Blue Dragon, Lost Odyssey, Infinite Undiscovery, Splinter Cell: Blacklist, and Star Ocean: The Last Hope could become compatible with the Xbox One console.

majornelson: I can confirm that the BC team has done work to support multi disc scenarios. Be sure to thank the BC engineers.
