Today, developer Prideful Sloth released a new trailer for its upcoming open-world adventure game, Yonder: The Cloud Catcher Chronicles.

The new trailer specifically shows off the game's Shivering Plains environment, as well as introduces us to "Fluff Cubs," which appear to be inspired by Polar Bears, but purple-er and more dogish looking.

Yonder: The Cloud Catcher Chronicles is a game set on the vast island of Gemea, a lush frontier comprised of more than eight distinct environments, each with its own flora and fauna, as well as changing seasons and a day-night cycle. The island is described as a paradise; however an evil murk has washed over it, taking it and the people of Gemea into despair.

You will fight back this evil murk as you explore the island, unraveling its secrets and even a few mysteries within yourself. Joining forces with Sprites, creatures capable of dispersing the murk, you will attempt to become champion of the island, and save it and its people.

Along your journey you will build relationships with locals and contribute to the island with farming, fishing, brewing, cooking, and farming. In turn people will help you along the way.

Yonder: The Cloud Catcher Chronicles is set to release for PS4 and PC on July 18th. Below, you can check out the new trailer.

Additionally,  you can check out the game’a first two environment trailers showcasing The Grasslands and Hearthwind Vale, another showcasing Numino Peak, and the most recent one showcasing the Sunderwind Wilds.
