Lain is not your regular anime character who would flex her powers to show her dominance. In fact, she would be least interested in fighting Saitama, and even if she did, it wouldn't be fair to call it a fight as we would only witness one-sided torture. She could manipulate the time, manipulate all the information in Saitama's head, and even erase his mere existence.

11 Accelerator

Can Beat Saitama By Bouncing Back Stronger Attacks

Accelerator's Strongest feats:

• He once used a planet's rotational energy in one of his attacks.
• Accelerators once took control of the brain and rewrote the memories of people.

Saitama is an angel of death for most of his opponents, especially when he gets serious, but that's the problem while facing Accelerator - the more series Saitama gets, the more he threatens his own life as Accelerator's ability allows him to throw his opponent's ability back at them with even greater force.

As witnessed in one of the One Punch Man chapters, Saitama gets serious for the first time and destroys Jupiter, which makes him a planet-level threat. But, Accelerator is considered a universe-level threat in its ultimate form. The same can be said about his defenses. The sinister techniques in his arsenal can bring Saitama to his knees in no time.

10 Heaven Ascension Dio

Heaven Ascension Dio's Strongest feats:

• He erased Funny Valentine from existence.

He's the main antagonist of Eyes of Heaven in Jojo's Bizarre Adventure and comes from an alternate universe. As a result of achieving his goal of obtaining heaven, he became the possessor of godly powers that far surpass that of Saitama in every sense. Heaven Ascension Dio is a well-known character in the manga but hasn't been a part of the anime adaptation yet. You can enjoy the character in Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: Eyes of Heaven game.

Now, let's talk about some of his overwhelming powers that Saitama would wish he never had to face. Dio became capable of wiping out a person or the entire reality if he wished to do so. Even if Saitama tries to throw a Serious Punch at him, Dio can stop time to evade the attack. Even if he manages to hit, Dio can regenerate immediately. Mind manipulation, lightning attacks, and teleportation are some of his other impressive powers.

His strength level is terrifying, and he could take down planets, solar systems, and multiverses in a single blow. Once, he moved the moon with his hands to create a solar eclipse, and in another instance, he lifted an entire castle and revolved it on his index finger. Given Anos' strength, he might not even consider Saitama a worthy opponent.

8 Rimuru Tempest

Umineko is surely a less-known series but features some overly powerful anime characters, and Featherine is one of them. She is a witch who serves as a master for several games, and her level of power is beyond the universe. Just like Lain, Featherine also has the ability to manipulate the universe.

Her only known weakness is the crescent-shaped memory device on her head, which helps her retain knowledge about her appearance, personality, memory, and basically her whole self. So, the only way for Saitama to steal the victory is by destroying her memory device, but it's highly unlikely she will let him come anywhere close to it.

6 Zeno

Zeno from Dragon Ball Super couldn't just defeat Saitama but could put an end to everyone in the One Punch Man universe. Some of you might wonder: what if Zeno has to fight him, keeping this power aside? Well, Saitama still doesn't have a chance, as Zeno is immortal. Therefore, even if Saitama uses all his might, he can't do any major damage to him. As Zeno can easily copy anyone's ability, he can fight him by becoming anything he wants while remaining immortal.

While Saitama fights against threats upon his city or, at most, the threats on planets, Antispiral, and the beings of his tribe fight those who are threats to the entire universe. It's hard to understand Antispiral, but you can consider him as the supreme being who has been there since the creation of the universe.

Calling Saitama a worthy opponent would be a shame for Antispiral, given their godly characteristics. It's hard to differentiate between the universe and Antispiral as they have existed since the start. From mind manipulation to power mimicry, time travel, and erasing existence, there's literally nothing Antispiral cannot do.

4 Lina Inverse
