Could the rumours of a Warner Bros fighting game be true? If so here's who we think should be some of the Multiversus characters.

Warner Bros has a number of incredible franchises to its name, many of which have some brilliant and charismatic characters.

With such a roster, making a fighter title would be a great route, and it seems that might be already in the works.

Despite some of the leaks revealing who may be in the game, we thought we should take a look into who else might be a good fit.

Buttercup (Powerpuff Girls)

Buttercup is one of the three members of the Powerpuff Girls, a trio created by Professor Utonium who was trying to make the perfect little girl.

The professor accidentally spilt some chemicals, resulting in the creation of these girls, each with their own personalities and abilities.

Growing up I LOVED Buttercup, she was the toughest, bravest and most interesting of the tritagonists. Strongest and fastest of the three, who wouldn't want to play her in a fighter game?!

Jerry (Tom & Jerry)

Jerry is one of two main protagonists in Tom & Jerry, a show which follows the journey of these two characters battling it out.

Despite being a mouse, Jerry sure knows how to put Tom in his place, time and time again bashing him over the head with a number of objects.

This small but mighty guy could be a brilliant pick and would also be hilarious to see him beating up Batman.

Beep Beep/Road Runner (Looney Tunes)

I had never felt so torn between loving and hating a character as I was when I saw Beep Beep.

Constantly in a game of cat and mouse similar to our above entry, Road Runner was constantly chased by Wile E. Coyote, unfortunately, Beep Beep is far too fast and smart to be caught.

The qualities previously mentioned would be brilliant when up against an opponent in a fighting game.

Voldemort (Harry Potter)

The one who shall not be named... For the sake of clarity, we'll name him, Voldermort, a character that struck fear in a number of us as children.

He literally came back time and time again when Harry thought he was clear of this villain which makes him the ultimate formidable enemy.

It would also be a childhood dream of mine to put an end to Voldi!

Gollum (Lord of The Rings)

A character that likely gave plenty of us nightmares upon watching LOTR for the first time, who eventually became a little more loveable.

All I can say is if he questions that his opponent might have the precious, they're done for, making him a great choice to become one of the Multiversus characters.

That's about all from us regarding who should be in Warner Bros Fighting Game, Multiversus. Who do you think would be a good fit for the roster?
