Today, Nintendo announced that it will be hosting an eight-minute-long Nintendo Direct focused on Pokémon, tomorrow, aka June 6th.

The Direct will be held at  7:00 a.m. PDT / 10:00 a.m. EDT, and will apparently have some type of Pokémon news. Now whether this Direct will house a Pokémon Sun/Moon for Switch announcement, a new Pokémon game entirely, new Pokémon Go-related content, some new Pokémon mobile game reveal, or whatever -- remains to be seen, as Nintendo didn't disclose any more information about the nature of the Direct.

That being said, one would think it wouldn't be anything too big -- because you would assume Nintendo would want to hold that for E3 2017 -- however, with Nintendo I honestly never know. My personal guess is it's something Pokémon Go related, something to get everyone (including the press) addicted to right in time for E3 and summer.

If you want, you can watch the Direct for yourself via the following links that are specific to whatever your region is:

North America

Europe

Japan.

Consequently, if you don't have time for an 8-minute Nintendo Direct, you can check in with DualShockers at any point of the day and see what announcement and news you missed. Hopefully it is something good.
