Rising Star Games has collaborated with Bitmap Bureau to bring the action platformer 88 Heroes to the Nintendo Switch. In October, the complete version known as 88 Heroes – 98 Heroes Edition will be available for Nintendo’s new hybrid console. It will include the base game alongside two DLC packs.

The first bit of bonus content, known as RSG Champions, brings eight playable heroes from a variety of titles by publisher Rising Star Games. Included in the DLC pack are indie game characters Rusty from Steamworld Collection, Gunborg from Zombie Vikings, and Conga Master from Conga Master.

The upcoming H8 Mode Activate DLC is the second bonus pack which includes two heroes to play as in the fast-paced platformer. Additionally, eight challenge levels will be accessible for those who want to test their platforming skills.

In 88 Heroes – 98 Heroes Edition, players will infiltrate the lair of the evil super villain, Dr. H8, with the help of the “dumbest and most pointless superheroes ever.” Each character has their own unique abilities as they race against the 88-minute Doomsday clock to save the Earth.

88 Heroes – 98 Heroes Edition will be available physically, and digitally for Nintendo Switch on October 2 in American markets. It will release everywhere else on October 10. 88 Heroes is available now for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PC, Mac, and Linux.
